Search for firmware extraction tool

MP3 player 2GB FM voice recording,
CPU = Sinowealth
SH86278P / 064PR
Memory = PF326 = MT29F16G08CBACA(MLC) capacity= 2048Mb
board number: YT-2-278-V1.2

I have 2 players one is good and working, the second have to be updated with original factory xxx file.

Is any chance to extract original firmware from good player and update bad player?
I have tools i just need original firmware file.
